We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you don't love your pillow, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Are your pillows hypoallergenic and machine washable?
Yes, all our pillows feature hypoallergenic fills. While the outer covers are machine washable, we recommend spot cleaning the inner core to maintain structural integrity.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your pillows arrive compressed or full-sized?
To reduce our carbon footprint, pillows are vacuum-sealed. Once opened, they will expand to their full size within 24 to 48 hours.
