At Pillows, we want you to experience the perfect night's sleep, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our bedding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort level, you can return or exchange your items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Place the pillow back into its original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure it remains clean during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
